Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a gem in Milwaukee! The rooms may seem a bit dated compared to the rest of the property, but they are clean and quiet. The service here is top-notch, even when things get busy. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience is good, but some in-room amenities were missing. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were uniquely designed with luxury linens and beautiful art, adding a special touch to my experience. However, the room seemed slightly used without housekeeping service before my arrival. The high ceilings made the room feel spacious and grand, which was a nice change from standard hotel rooms. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore Downtown Milwaukee on foot and access key attractions. The dining experience was convenient, with the lobby bar offering a lovely setting for a drink. Despite some issues with HDMI connectivity for the TV, my overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were stunning with beautiful artwork and high-ceilings, but there was a dirty chair that affected the overall cleanliness. The service was very welcoming and went above and beyond, yet there needs to be a clearer understanding of the offerings at 'The Study. ' The location was perfect for a weekend away, nestled between the Museum of Art and the Public Museum, although there were challenges with the midnight activities and the business center's printing services. The dining experience was good, with great options ahead of driving into rural Wisconsin. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and modern stay with some room for improvement.
